He was photographed leaving the IHOP in West Hollywood after chowing down on the breakfast of champions -- pancakes!
Although Justin initially failed his written writing test has only been driving for about 10 months but is creating quite the car collection.
The Never Say Never star usually zips around in a $200,000 Ferrari F-430, but he also owns a Range Rover given to him on his 16th birthday by his mentor, Usher.
